As a Customer Success Representative II your focus will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.

In this role, your impact on the company will be significant.

By building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their success, you will contribute to customer satisfaction and retention, ultimately driving revenue growth.

Your ability to identify upselling opportunities and provide valuable insights will also help shape the company's product and service offerings, leading to continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, implementation, and adoption.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and expand customer accounts.
  • Analyze customer data and provide insights to drive customer success and retention.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Fluent in English.

    Additional languages: Korean + Japanese is a plus
  • Passion for customer success and satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Continuous learning and adaptability.
