Job Description- Process payments and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) controls.
 - Handle daily accounting entries.
 - Reconcile bank accounts, process supplier invoices, and assist in preparing analysis reports.
 - Manage the month-end closing process to ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
 - Maintain proper filing and financial records, follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely resolution, and perform other ad-hoc finance and accounting duties as needed.
 - Other ad-hoc accounting and finance jobs.
 
Requirements
- Min 1-2 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting
 - Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
 - Experience with accounting systems (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks, Xero)
 - Bonus: Familiarity with Singapore accounting requirements is highly recommended
 - Bonus: Experience in project/event-based accounting or creative industries
 - Able to handle both strategic financials and operational tasks hands-on
 - Independent, and a good team player
