Description
•
Implementing and maintaning of Loyalty Hosting Applications in Data Center, at client sites and other project locations.
• Test and deliver complex application changes.
• Support & troubleshooting of application technical issues.
• Provide application training to user.
• Perform daily first level support to user and attend to support call promptly.
• Assists in drafting and implementing documentation, standards, policy, guidelines and practices.
Qualifications
• Possess a recognised Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of full time working experience in the related field.
• Exposure to Loyalty Applications preferred.
• Familiar with Sun Solaris and Windows operating system.
• Knowledge in Java and Oracle database is required.
• Background in software support and testing environment.
• Able to work independently.
• Strong analytical ability and troubleshooting skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
