Within the BCG framework, this position will guide the business unit’s direction.

The Senior Manager, reporting to the AP Functional and Digital Senior Director, will handle staffing, career development, and other key business functions within AP Inverto.

The role also involves coordinating and advancing Inverto’s strategic priorities, including future expansion across AP, defining and implementing the commercial plan, and monitoring business metrics such as lead flow, proposal pipeline, and project completions, together with the AP regional finance team.

The Senior Manager will drive reporting, internal communication, and staff affiliation in the AP region.

Additionally, the position requires engagement with the AP regional team and counterparts in EMESA and NAMR to exchange best practices and ensure their effective application within AP Inverto operations, aiming to enhance performance and collaboration.

This role offers visibility with senior stakeholders and an opportunity to make a tangible impact across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the AP Inverto Managing Director to develop and execute the strategy and operating model necessary to drive growth of the business unit.

  • Lead the coordination of AP Inverto activities across functions, ensuring alignment of processes to drive efficiency and achieve strategic objectives (akin to a Chief of Staff role).

  • Ensure comprehensive tracking of large commercial opportunities, pipeline, wins/losses, and competitive intelligence; devise plans to improve commercial excellence.

  • Manage complex projects with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and conduct in-depth strategic analysis to deliver actionable recommendations.

  • Support development of internal communications and marketing plans; coordinate with regional and global teams; draft communications.

  • Organize and lead regional events and leadership meetings for Inverto, managing all aspects from planning to execution (including Inverto AP’s Annual Conference).

  • Oversee people-related functions for AP Inverto teams.

  • Lead staffing processes in collaboration with regional counterparts; liaise with offices and other Practice Areas on staffing issues.

  • Partner with AP recruiting teams to ensure effective recruiting of consulting staff at all levels.

  • Manage professional development, Career Development processes, training, retention, and affiliation for AP Inverto staff.

  • Support diversity and inclusion efforts; ensure staff reflect our D&I aspirations and collaborate with regional efforts and networks.

  • Provide leadership for other people-related initiatives and projects as needed.

  • Work with the AP regional Finance team to drive financial planning for profitability and planning.

  • Support leadership in developing annual strategies and financial plans; ensure detailed planning, budgeting, and reporting.

  • Together with the AP regional Finance team, plan for and manage the pyramid to support business objectives.

  • Ensure tight coordination with INVERTO units in NAMR and EMESA, and AP Regional BST teams; exchange best practices and apply them to improve performance and collaboration.

  • Maintain high levels of teamwork, transparency, and coordination to minimize overlap and complexity while leveraging scale.

  • Manage and oversee the strategic expansion of INVERTO in the Asia-Pacific region as growth opportunities arise.
