Functional (job responsibilities)

  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, for various digital wealth and system projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
  • Manage project teams, including internal resources and external vendors, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders regularly, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, including product managers, IT developers, and operations teams, to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs.
  • Ensure projects adhere to established methodologies, standards, and best practices.
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively, optimizing cost and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the digital wealth space.
  • Organizational (organizational responsibilities)

  • Build up banks wealth products into digital solution
  • Ensure the project is executed on timely basis.
  • Work closely with Product Manager and other key stakeholders to furnish detail requirement internally and externally.
  • Education/Qualification

  • Degree in relevant fields such as Business, Finance, Banking, Investment, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field, digital marketing, digital product management or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex technology projects, including system implementations and upgrades.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience

  • Proven experience in project management, specifically within the financial services or wealth management industry
  • Special Skills

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
