Human Resources Executive

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain a full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and cash and bank transactions for companies under Renewable Energy Division.

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and project accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

  • Oversee intercompany transactions and ensure accurate recording and reconciliation across subsidiaries and departments.

  • Manage project accounts and cash flow, ensuring accurate analysis of financial transactions and proper documentation.

  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, reports, and budgets to senior management, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

  • Manage project financing, including credit facilities, Letters of Credit (LC), bonds, and securities.

  • Ensure effective cash flow management and liquidity for operations, preparing forecasts and implementing optimization strategies.

  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for renewable energy companies.

  • Support internal and external audits, implement audit recommendations, and maintain accurate financial records for seamless reporting.

  • Supervise and develop subordinates, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Job Requirements

  • 6 to 9 years of experience in financial accounting and project financing.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

  • Hands‑on experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive and self‑motivated approach.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment.

  • Proven track record in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
