Assistant Manager, Product Reporting (Motorcycle Financing)

  • The main purpose is to conduct analytical studies of the Motorcycle Financing Product (Moped/Super Bike) and identify new business opportunities and existing product enhancements, as well as business report preparation.

    To ensure the sales and business operations are functioning well.

    He/She is also required to plan and execute product and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

  • To analyse and report product performance, uncover product insight and identify opportunities to support product strategy and development.

  • To conduct a business and market competitive intelligence, interpreting data on product, customers, and competitors to inform product positing and in making strategic decision.

  • To ensure data analysis quality and to identify new business potentials and existing product feature enhancements.

  • To support and execute strategy to achieve yearly sales target for MF and to be profit-oriented.

  • To ensure confidentiality, integrity & availability of all AEON's information assets are protected.

  • To report promptly any breach of law, regulation, the company's code of conduct or other company policies and guidelines to immediate superior.

  • To understand each department standardization operation procedure & manage the compliance.

  • To Achieve a High Level Of Quality And Compliance Standard
  • To plan and prepare yearly department budget and KPIs.
  • To conduct product risk exposure analysis.

  • Preparation of business reporting.

  • To support the team to plan, strategies and implement product and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

  • To manage, plan, and implement marketing policies and procedures to improve service quality to business partners.

  • Ensure compliance of department guidelines and operational procedures.

  • To analyse and prepare reporting performance for all the regions with informative data reporting.

  • To supervise staff on merchant recruitment process and related matters.

  • To monitor & improve staff skills and job knowledge for all products related.

  • Identify & review staff's training needs on regular basis.

Minimum job requirement (education & experience)

  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree in Statistics or in any related discipline.

  • Min 1-2 years’ experience in Product Analysis/Banking Industries /Sales related industries
  • Proven experience in a product, data, or business analyst role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
