Job Summary:

  • To process trade transactions via TE2000 (Trade computerized system).
  • To check, verify, process, Input and Authorize trade transactions via TE2000.
  • To perform data input, scanning of documents, housekeeping of reports, filling and follow-ups.
  • To perform data input for Trade Finance Platform via paynet system.
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Record receipt of the document in the Incoming Documents Register / Incoming Mail Register / Incoming Fax Register.
  • Acknowledge receipt Trade Services request (document) from customers / branches /other bank / other business unit.
  • Check, Verify, Process, Input and Authorize trade transactions in TE2000.
  • Check, Examination of trade documents.
  • Ensure accuracy of data input and registration of trade transactions.
  • Ensure financing of trade transactions is in line with customer’s nature of business.
  • To perform data input and scanning of documents into Trade Workflow System.
  • To perform data input for Trade Finance Platform via paynet system
  • Tracking payments of outstanding bills.
  • Filing of outstanding and paid transactions at end of the day.
  • Carry out any duties as may be assigned by Head – TSC or team leader from time to time.
  • Job Requirements:

  • Candidate with at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Min 1 year of related experience in trade operations.
  • Fresh Graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
  • Possess knowledge of consumer banking products and services as well as regulations governing the consumer banking business and products will be an added advantage.
  • Good written and oral communication skills and ability to interact effectively with people at different levels.
  • PC literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office Appliances.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in PJ City.
