These services include Custody & Cash Clearing, Fund Administration, Fund Distribution, Master Data Services, Market Solutions, Group Invoicing, Reconciliations and Private Equity & Real Estate Solutions.

As a centre of excellence, CACEIS Malaysia plays a pivotal role in driving the scalability of global operations, enhancing service quality, and implementing standardized processes to meet the diverse needs of its clients.

The dedicated team in Malaysia is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions that empower clients to thrive in a dynamic and competitive financial landscape.

CACEIS Investor Services PERES is a third-party fund servicing business delivering specialist corporate fund administration, fund accounting, transaction management and shareholder services to Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure Funds and other PERES Structures.

Working hours: 9:00AM-6:00PM

What will you do?

People Management

  • Driving people initiatives through the formulation of development plans with the team managers to build talent pipeline.
  • Set clear expectation and goals.
  • Provide regular feedback and encourage the employees.
  • Acknowledge and appreciate employees' contribution.
  • Support career growth and advancement.
  • Project Management

  • Driving key projects for the department with the Business Analyst and operation teams and acting as escalation point for key risk areas within a project.
  • Provide clear roles, responsibilities and expectation.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture.
  • Anticipate and manage changes to project scope or requirements.
  • Continuously monitor and improve project quality throughout life cycle.
  • Developing future plans

  • Anticipate growth and changes, devise plans to adjust and to build a sustainable operating model in the long term.
  • Identify future risks and uncertainties associated with future plans.
  • Define strategies and initiatives to address key challenges and opportunities.
  • Use SWOT analysis to inform future strategies and decision-making.
