In an era marked by rapid technological advances and industry disruption, the combined role aims to deliver end-to-end business transformation solutions with a strong blend of functional consulting, technical expertise, data and engineering insights, particularly valuable in sectors like energy, infrastructure, construction, and engineering.
Your key responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and business stakeholders to analyse, understand, and document complex business processes, data analysis, functional requirements, and technology needs, in the form of functional specifications.
  
  
• Evaluate existing workflows and processes, recommend and design improvements that balance business efficiency, technology enablement, and data insights, supporting digital transformation and operational excellence.
  
  
• Utilize technical background and analytical skills to interpret data relevant to business operations.
  
  Support the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of technology solutions, incorporating data exploration and visualization to enhance decision-making without deep data engineering across the project lifecycle.
  
  
• Be part, lead and inspire project teams through all phases—workshops, design sessions, development, and adoption—ensuring quality, timely delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
  
  Provide coaching to junior team members and foster a collaborative culture.
  
  
• Design and conduct workshops and training programs to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems and processes, driving sustainable business transformation.
  
  
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including business process maps, functional specifications, and user guides.
  
  Ensure solutions comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  

• Strong foundation in engineering complemented by business consulting expertise, particularly in the energy industry (a significant plus).
  
  
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, data-driven technology solutions.
  
  
• Proficiency in stakeholder communication, workshop facilitation, support to technology adoption, and managing multifunctional teams in dynamic environments.
  
  
• Experience with business, system and data architectures
• Familiarity with Agile and traditional project management approaches.
  

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, or related fields.
  
  Background in computer science or software engineering is a plus.
  
  
• 3 to 8 years of experience in consulting or relevant industry roles that blend business design, technology enablement, data and functional analysis.
  

• Sector-specific customer experience knowledge, especially in the energy, utilities, infrastructure, construction, or engineering sectors.
  
  
• Familiarity with Agile and/or traditional project management methodologies.
  
  
• Understanding of product management and development lifecycles.
