Key Responsibilities:
Retailer Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned retail partners, maintaining strong, long-term business relationships.
- Conduct regular check-ins (virtual or in-person) to understand partner needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Provide timely responses to inquiries, complaints, and operational requests.
Sales & Account Growth
- Promote MCM products, campaigns, and promotions to retailers, aligning with their sales goals.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow retailer revenue.
- Support retailers in developing sales strategies, in-store displays, and product placements.
Problem-Solving & Support
- Resolve retailer operational or service-related issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams where necessary.
- Provide solutions and follow up to ensure partner satisfaction and retention.
Sales Coordination & Administration
- Process retailer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and update retailer account records, sales reports, and relevant databases.
- Track sales performance against targets and prepare periodic reports for management.
Retail Engagement & Training
- Organize and conduct retailer training sessions to ensure product and system knowledge.
- Support promotional events, trade visits, and marketing campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and retailer requests.
- Provide feedback from retailers to inform product development, marketing strategies, and operational improvements.
