Job Description

  • Drive business development in industrial, housing and commercial property segments, leveraging the company’s strong brand reputation to expand customer networks and secure new investments or sales opportunities.

  • Engage with industrial clients, homebuyers, corporate occupiers and investors by presenting the project value proposition, investment environment and product offerings, while tracking, following up, and nurturing client relationships across all stages of the sales pipeline.

  • Conduct targeted market research on industrial, residential and commercial products, preparing in-depth reports and insights to support strategic planning and product positioning.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives including exhibitions, investment forums, roadshows, homeowner engagement activities, and online campaigns in alignment with corporate branding guidelines.

  • Liaise with government and investment agencies such as MITI, MIDA, Invest NS, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate industrial-related approvals and investment processes.

  • Build strong networks with industry players, trade associations, intermediaries, real estate agencies and potential investors, including participation in local and international business networking platforms to strengthen deal pipelines and market visibility.

  • Support company events and project launches (industrial, housing and commercial) and assist in the preparation of marketing collaterals and presentations to enhance sales engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, Real Estate, Sales & Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in industrial property / land sales or industrial development business development (mandatory).

  • Strong understanding of Malaysia’s industrial property and land market; valuation experience is an added advantage.

  • Results-driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills; capable of working both independently and in teams.

  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).

  • Technically minded, able to manage complex client requirements and industrial projects.

  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and confident presentation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with Canva or other design tools is an advantage.

  • Possess own transport, willing to travel outstation and occasionally overseas for business networking and client meetings.
