Job description

Qualifications

: - Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably in Accounting, Business or Finance Requirements : - Fresh or typically 2 years of working experience.

- Understand basic financial/accounting concepts.

- Self-motivated and independent with a passion for change and ongoing improvement.

- Demonstrated proficiency and expertise in PC, spreadsheets and modern business intelligence tools.

- Fluent in English and able to read Mandarin language (Require to read operation SOP that written by Mfg from Taiwan / China supplier)

- Competent in Microsoft Office, attention to details and sensitive to figures.

- Able to prepare Powerpoint slides for presentation use.

Job Descriptions : - Perform daily and routine business administrative support.

- Consolidate, analyze, and report cost-saving programs monthly and quarterly respectively.

- Responsible for analyzing and evaluating user business problems and developing business system or process recommendations to meet requirements, including problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of systems/processes.

- May participate in business systems planning to define or upgrade business applications or functional solutions.

- Project management responsibilities include managing internal non-technical business projects from initiation through completion.

Leads project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, issue resolution and delivery of results.

- Interprets requirements, identifies project scope, plans and directs schedules, monitors project budgets, assigns tasks and tracks performance and milestone achievement.

- Recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments, resource additions or scope changes.

- Ensures effective communication across teams/functions.

- Keeps management informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact the business.
