About the job CNC Programmer (Precision Machining) 
 Company Background:  
 Our client is a well-established precision engineering company , specializing in high-quality machinery parts for various industries, looking for CNC Programmers  to join their team based at Subang Jaya.
 
 Job Responsibilities  
  - Accurately interpret engineering drawings and determine optimal machining methods to meet required part tolerances, fit, and finish.
 
 
- Development of CNC programs for CNC mills and lathes using MasterCam, HyperMill or SurfMill.
 
 
- Develop accurate and efficient fixtures for complicated part production when required.
 
 
- Create machine tool setup sheets with detailed operator instructions and visual aids.
 
 
- Assist operators or setters with initial run machine tool set-up, troubleshooting and improving programs to maintain machine productivity.
 
 
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as required to support manufacturing, engineering, quality, and quoting departments.
 
 
- Competently use all precision measuring instruments and contribute to companys quality program by following quality procedures.
 
 
- Understand and act in a safe manner in a manufacturing environment.
 
 
- Contribute to team effort by achieving results.
 
 Work cooperatively with programming team members and assist engineering with design for manufacturability.
 
 
- Communicate design constraints and work within the team to achieve solutions.
 
 
- Responsible for other duties and tasks as assigned and, in some circumstances, may be completely unrelated to this position and/or this department.
 
 
Requirements  
  - Minimum SKM / Diploma in relevant field.
 
 
- At least 5+ years experience programming experience with either MasterCam, HyperMill or SurfMill.
 
 
- Proficient in use of MS Office, and PC literate.
 
 
- Machining experience with at least 3-axis mills OR 4-axis OR 5-axis AND lathes with live tooling .
 
 
- Able to read blueprints and working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
 
 
- Must be competent in shop math, including algebra and trigonometry.
 
 
- Experience machining stainless steels and plastics a plus.
 
 
- Ability to effectively and clearly present and express written and verbal information to individuals and/or groups required.
