What You’ll Do
Lam Research is expanding Asia-Pacific operations and seeking three Contingent Workforce Specialist to oversee the Contingent Workforce Program in the region.
These positions will report to the Contingent Workforce Program Manager in the US.
Location: On-site Flex.
Allowed to work remotely but must reside in the Penang area and be able to work in the Penang office periodically.
Your responsibilities will include:
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in contingent workforce support, HR operations, recruiting, or VMS Help Desk; Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience preferred.
Fluent English is required with ability to also communicate professionally in either Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); ability to communicate complicated details effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
Experience with Fieldglass, Beeline, Wand, or other contingent workforce VMS tools.
Proficient with MS Office; strong Project, PowerPoint, and Excel skills preferred.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex.
‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week.
‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
