You will be the key point of contact handling live WhatsApp chats and calls 24/7, ensuring high‑value clients receive fast, empathetic, and exceptional service at any hour.

Provide real‑time support to VIP customers via WhatsApp, calls, and other communication channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy, patience, and accuracy.
Maintain service excellence during 24/7 operations, including day, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts (rotational basis).
Proactively identify customer needs and follow through to ensure complete satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Operations, Admin) to resolve customer issues quickly.
Record and track all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems for smooth shift handovers.
Uphold company standards by ensuring every VIP experience feels personalized and premium.
Minimum Diploma qualification in any field (Degree is a plus point).
Proven experience in Customer Service, Concierge, or VIP Support, ideally within tech, e‑commerce, travel, or hospitality sectors.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
