Customer Service (Technical Support) - Full Time Job Opening In Kuala Lumpur – Now Hiring Cartrack


Job description




We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Customer Service (Technical Support) to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Deliver excellent customer service by efficiently listening and addressing the customers' needs

  • Be a central point of contact for our loyal customers and coordinate exceptional customer service with relevant Cartrack departments.


  • Ensure proper documentation and safeguarding of customer database

  • Develop strategies and provide seamless customer support

Job Requirements:


  • Have relevant working experience in customer services 

  • Able to work on shift ( morning and night shift )

  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and verbal.

  • Good phone etiquette and able to multitask.


  • Vibrant Character with a positive attitude

  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply
