Key Role

As Cyber Security Manager & Consultant, you will lead and manage ateam of cyber security experts as well as lead and execute variety ofengagements, conducting advanced hands-on penetration testing beyond automatedtool validation, which will focus on targets that may include network devices,servers, web and mobile apps, web APIs, wireless infrastructures, IoT devices,and other information systems.

As a manager you will help raise the profile of the team, support insolving complex business issues from strategy to execution, play a key part inmaking sure that we offer service offerings tailored to the local market andhelp coach and mentor team members.

This role is ~35% team management and ~65% technical.

What your keys responsibilities willbe

Responsibilities may include the following, but are not limitedto:

• Overseeday-to-day teams' operation during Asia-Pacific time zone
• Teammanagement of 10+ consultants including performance management
• Leadand execute network, web application, wireless, and social engineeringpenetration tests that will vary in level of complexity from simple topotentially complex
• Managecomplex project delivery that include planning, scheduling, controllingand tracking to meet project scope and timeline
• Actas main technical point of contact for local customer escalations duringthe shift
• Maintainup-to-date knowledge of the IT security industry, including awareness ofnew or revised security solutions, security standards, trends / bestpractices, offensive techniques, and tools
• Authorquality penetration test reports with professional documentation ofidentified and exploited vulnerabilities/weaknesses and provide detailedremediation guidance for findings
• Supportsales managers by serving as a consultant in pre-sales, includingassessment of client needs, project scopes and proposal preparation
• Monitoringquality of service and products to clients and carrying out improvement ordevelopment as necessary
• Activelysupport the hiring process

What we are looking for

• Bachelor'sdegree, preferably in computer science or information systems, orequivalent work experience
• Minimumof three years direct Cyber Security experience in a security analyst,engineer, architect, consultant or a similar role
• Minimumof one year of experience in penetration testing
• Provenexperience managing a team of at least five engineers/consultants
• Technicalknowledge across a broad range of computing platforms and networkprotocols
• Highproficiency in a variety of operating systems such asUnix/Linux/Mac/Windows operating systems, including bash and PowerShell
• Highproficiency in manual techniques for penetration testing (networkequipment, servers, web applications, APIs, wireless, mobile, databases,and other information systems)
• Provenprofessional experience testing web applications for common webapplication security vulnerabilities as defined by OWASP, including inputvalidation vulnerabilities, broken access controls, session managementvulnerabilities, cross-site scripting issues, SQL injection and web serverconfiguration issues
• Knowledgeof at least one programming languages: Python, Perl, Java, .NET, C., ShellScripting
• Strongoral and written communication skills, including a demonstrated ability toprepare quality documentation and presentations for technical andnon-technical audiences
• Certificationssuch as OSCP, OSCE, CREST CRT, GIAC (GXPN, GWAPT, GPEN, GMOB) others arehighly desired
• Experiencemanaging communication with geographically distributed teams

Language Skills:

• Excellentcommunication skills in English (written and spoken), other languages suchas Mandarin is an advantage.
