Job description

Responsibilities include:

  • Relaying directives and priorities from the Reception Manager through actions and presence at the reception.

  • Assisting in the organization and management of reception, coordinating with other services (housekeeping, restaurant, maintenance, etc.).

  • Participating in and controlling the reception till, managing valuables deposit, rooms, and transfers.

  • Training and accompanying the reception team.

  • Applying Club Med’s quality standards, hygiene, and safety rules.

  • Promoting internal sales such as overnight stays, room upgrades, and meals.

  • Handling requests, comments, and incidents from clients effectively.
