What this means for you is the opportunity to be a part of delivering innovative solutions and helping to solve real business problems for a wide variety of valued clients.**Work Location: IOI City, Putrajaya****Work Arrangement: Fully onsite, Monday to Friday (5 days a week)**We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver innovative products and technologies within our Fund Distribution Services IT line.

The role involves working in an agile, collaborative environment with a team of talented professionals, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering high-quality software solutions.**Key Responsibilities:*** Design, develop, and test large-scale, custom distributed software systems using modern technologies such as Node.js, Kafka, and NoSQL.* Apply agile development practices including automated testing, deployment automation, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) to enhance execution speed and product quality.* Act as an internal consultant and subject matter expert for resolving complex technical issues.

Research emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on business strategies.* Advocate for best practices in software engineering and share technical expertise with team members.* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.* Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, providing technical insight, problem-solving, and maintaining high standards of code quality.**Typical Day:** You will work as a key member of an Agile development team, engaging with other Scrum teams, Product Owners, and Subject Matter Experts.

The role requires a proactive, analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for building high-quality software products.**Experience Requirements:*** **Experienced Level:** 2–6 years as a Full Stack Developer (Waterfall or Agile methodologies).

Basic understanding of development processes such as testing, code quality, and design.* **Senior Level:** 6+ years as a Full Stack Developer, with solid understanding of development processes (testing, code quality, design).

Experience as a technical lead and in supporting production systems.

Prior experience in finance, banking, or insurance industries is an advantage.* Experience in the Finance, Banking, or Insurance sectors is highly desirable.

Prior exposure to production support and interaction with business users is an added advantage.**Technical Skills:*** Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience using Node.js.* Experience with data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka).* Proficiency in cloud computing, preferably AWS.* Strong skills in SQL and NoSQL databases; familiarity with PostgreSQL preferred.* Sound knowledge of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, refactoring, and clean code practices.* Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Maven, Git).* Working knowledge of Elastic Search.* Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery methodologies such as CI, TDD, and Infrastructure as Code.* Passion for software engineering excellence, technology innovation, and mentoring junior developers.**Education:*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.Learn more about DXC and what we do:LinkedIn:Instagram:Youtube:TikTok:WebsiteAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
