We're on the hunt for a Go-to-Market Lead who’s as passionate about marketing as we are about helping SMEs and mid-sized businesses thrive in Australia.

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our product and marketing strategies, making sure our solutions hit the market with a bang and our customers are engaged every step of the way.

Think product marketer meets campaign manager, all in one.

You will need to be strategic, analytical and able to get things done.

This isn’t just any marketing gig—this is your chance to own the full go-to-market process, from strategy to execution, and everything in between.

You'll be working with a talented team, including content leaders, digital product owners, marketing executives, SDRs, and customer engagement specialists to make sure our value propositions are spot-on and our campaigns are a hit.

Responsibilities

  • Create and roll out go-to-market strategies for new product launches, updates, and campaigns, ensuring alignment with big-picture goals.

  • Collaborate with content leaders, digital product owners and customer marketers to ensure a seamless approach across marketing and product efforts.

  • Lead from strategy through execution—analyze the market, refine value propositions, and drive plans that create competitive advantage and deliver results.

  • Craft compelling product messaging for SME and mid-sized business customers.

  • Work with content teams to create case studies, white papers, and sales tools.

  • Partner with the sales team from day one to ensure alignment and set up for success.

  • Lead continuous optimization through testing and data analysis; manage the marketing budget effectively.

  • Directly lead a team of marketing executives and SDRs, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

  • Lead cross-functional campaigns with product development, sales, content leaders, and digital product owners.

  • Keep senior leadership updated on performance, market feedback, and strategic insights.

  • Develop customer segmentation to personalise marketing and drive engagement, upsell and cross-sell programs.

  • Champion the voice of the customer in planning and execution forums and implement feedback loops to refine strategies.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM and digital marketing in the tech/software industry.

  • Proven track record of successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.

  • Deep understanding of the SME and mid-sized business landscape in Australia.

  • Experience running and optimizing digital marketing campaigns and using marketing automation platforms (ideally Marketo).

  • Experience with data-driven campaign management, using reporting tools to analyze performance and guide planning.

  • Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills; ability to lead teams and drive results.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into insights.
