We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Inside Sales & Support Executive to support our sales team and drive business growth through excellent communication, customer service, and lead generation.
Salary: RM4,500 + 13th contractual bonus Location: Johor Bahru Key Responsibilities Communicate with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities Generate new leads and develop sales through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide product and service information via phone and email Promote company services and solutions to drive interest and conversions Maintain and update the prospect database with accurate and timely information Stay up to date with product knowledge and monitor competitor offerings Identify opportunities to upsell products and services Collaborate with the external sales team and other departments for seamless service delivery.
