Corporate Finance Manager

Nature and Scope of Work

  • Provide leadership for the organization as a senior member of the Management team to create overall goals and objectives and make decisions that contribute to the achievement of the Company directed objectives.

  • Contribute to and support the strategic direction and the overall management and growth of the Company.

  • Responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Corporate Services division, comprised of Finance, Management of Information Services and Facilities Management Departments.

  • Provide strong leadership to project teams and managers to capitalize on their full potential.

  • Review annual area budget estimates with Departmental HODs/Managers and exercise expenditure control within approved budgets.

  • Prepare and/or review the capital budget and 5‑year capital projects for the division.

  • Ensure that all reports from Corporate Services to the CEO’s office contain the necessary information and provide appropriate recommendations to assist the CEO in decision‑making.

  • Oversee the strategic development of the Company’s long‑term financial plan and all financial and business planning services.

  • Develop policies that assist in the operation of the function within the Corporate Services Division.

  • Ensure the organization is in full compliance with all relevant legislation and Company administrative policies.

  • Provide guidance for organization‑wide change management initiatives.

  • Maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure an effective and inclusive system for internal communication exists between staff and management.

  • Keep abreast of trends and developments in automotive, insurance, and financial operations and recommend new and innovative approaches to enhance performance.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Perform monthly forecasts and provide support to Business Units in analysing financial and operations results.

  • Manage cash flows of the Company within the Group.

  • Prepare and maintain management accounts, financial reports, annual budget, monthly cash flow forecasts, and quarterly accounts for statutory bodies.

  • Monitor internal controls and develop effective and timely reporting processes.

  • Provide accurate and timely financial and management information for decision‑making.

  • Coordinate the annual audit of the Group.

  • Manage day‑to‑day operations of Finance, Facilities Management, and MIS departments.

  • Liaise with internal and external parties including bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretary, legal advisor for statutory compliance.

  • Prepare specific analysis according to management requests.

  • Coach and mentor subordinates.

  • Plan, monitor and coordinate management decisions in relation to financial implications.

  • Implement effective internal control procedures.

  • Collate and prepare information required for the Company budget.

  • Provide accurate and up‑to‑date product cost information.

  • Prepare accurate, timely and cost‑effective management accounts and highlight variances.

  • Evaluate stock holdings and determine valuations.

  • Liaise with HODs and Managers regarding effective information systems.

  • Work on other development and financial improvement projects.

  • Perform other ad‑hoc corporate assignments as required.

  • Collaborate with MIS Department to continually develop and improve the ERP/Management Information System.

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum degree in Accountancy.

  • Member of MIA and/or ACCA/ICMA.

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in the related field.

  • Good leadership skills in managing costs.

  • Possess high degree of integrity and confidentiality.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Good computer knowledge with advanced Microsoft Excel application skills.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.

  • Meticulous, organised, proactive, independent, resourceful and results‑oriented.

  • Good understanding and appreciation of large‑scale IT systems especially ERPs and CRMs.

Installer

Are you passionate about automotive technology and customer service?

We’re looking for a dedicated Installer to deliver top‑notch installation and support for all CSE products at customer and partner locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform product installations and provide service support for all CSE products at customer or business partner locations as directed by management.

  • Complete all assigned jobs to the highest quality standards to achieve a zero‑installation defect KPI.

  • Strictly adhere to CSE installation and service processes and SOPs for all tasks.

  • Meet productivity and job time KPIs as specified.

  • Ensure all installation and service documentation is accurately completed and submitted to the DIS Admin or Manager daily.

  • Fully complete jobs before leaving the customer location; any exceptions must be pre‑approved by the DIS Manager.

  • Attend all CSE installation and service training sessions and stay informed about CSE products, services, and installation/service trends.

Qualifications

  • Basic automotive knowledge and installation/automotive technician skills.

  • Previous experience as an automotive technician is a plus.

  • PMR/SPM / Certificate in Electronic / Automotive Engineering.

  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience preferably in a similar field / related job function.

  • Responsible, disciplined, hands‑on and proactive.

  • Positive work attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Must possess good attendance and observe punctuality at all times.

Web Developer / Digital Asset Specialist

To develop, manage, and maintain websites, microsites, online forms and digital assets to support product marketing and corporate communications.

The candidate will also support digital campaigns, SEO/SEM efforts and online engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Microsite Development

  • Design, develop and maintain corporate websites and product microsites.

  • Create responsive, user‑friendly layouts using HTML, CSS and WordPress.

  • Customize WordPress themes and plugins; manage hosting environments and domains.

  • Perform basic back‑end integration and troubleshooting (preferred).

  • Work with APIs and integration with website, understand the documentation specs.

  • Familiarity with JSON structures for integration.

  • Understand and apply security (OWASP) for web forms and similar integration.

E‑Forms & Online Tools

  • Create and manage online forms (e.g., for customer inquiries, registrations, feedback).

  • Ensure secure data capture and integration with CRM/email platforms if needed.

Digital Content Management

  • Upload and maintain digital content (product info, banners, videos, blog posts).

  • Collaborate with marketing team to align content with brand identity.

Social Media & Video Content

  • Coordinate with content team to support Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube postings.

  • Basic knowledge of short video editing (e.g., for reels, how‑to videos) is a plus.

SEO/SEM & Analytics

  • Apply SEO best practices for on‑page optimisation.

  • Support basic SEM (Google Ads, Meta Ads) setup and performance tracking.

  • Use tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console to monitor web traffic and trends.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Web Design, Digital Media, Multimedia, IT, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of relevant working experience in web design or digital execution.

  • Solid experience in HTML, CSS, WordPress; knowledge of JavaScript, PHP is a plus.

Skills & Attributes

  • Proficient in web and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Photoshop, Figma, Canva).

  • Familiar with online platforms: WordPress, YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, etc.

  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and performance marketing is an added advantage.

  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

  • Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and a passion for digital trends.
