Responsibilities


What You’ll Do:

  • Be part of the full audit cycle: from risk assessments and internal control reviews to process documentation, data analytics, and fieldwork execution.

  • Partner with management to provide actionable insights, identify improvement opportunities, and influence key business decisions.

  • Support the development and enhancement of our Risk Control Matrix and SOD management tool (SIVIS).

  • Prepare professional audit reports that reach senior leadership and the Audit Committee.

  • Continuously expand your knowledge in internal audit methods, ERP systems (SAP is a plus!), and data analytics tools such as Alteryx, QPR, and Power Query.

  • Required skills and experience


    What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • 1–2 years of experience in auditing or finance, ideally within manufacturing.

  • A proactive, analytical mindset—someone who doesn’t just identify issues but proposes solutions.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills to build trust and manage stakeholder expectations.

  • A team player who thrives both in collaboration and independent work.

  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin (additional languages are an asset).

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (CIA, CPA, ACCA, or CA in progress is a strong plus).
