Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive IT PMO Business Analyst with expertise in governance, policies, and process documentation to support our Post-Merger Integration team.

This role involves developing governance frameworks, facilitating requirements gathering, authoring policies, designing templates, analyzing processes, and ensuring compliance within the PMO.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain PMO governance frameworks, including policies, SOPs, and templates.

  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather and analyze business requirements.

  • Author clear policies, guidelines, and process documentation.

  • Design and manage project management templates for consistency.

  • Analyze and optimize existing PMO processes for efficiency and compliance.

  • Use project data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

  • Maintain organized documentation and contribute to the knowledge base.

  • Support business case development with a focus on governance impact.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution.

  • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis methodologies and techniques (e.g., UML, process modeling).

  • Experience in developing and maintaining PMO governance frameworks.

  • Knowledge of PMI PMBOK principles.

  • Post-Merger Integration experience.

  • Proven ability to author policies, guidelines, and templates.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
