Job description

Service Exception Identification & Resolution

Monitor daily after-sales technical service operations, identify anomalies, and drive timely resolutions.

Analyze recurring or repeated service cases to uncover root causes, implement solutions, and improve technical performance metrics for after-sales service.

Develop and issue technical and safety-related standards and procedures, ensuring strict compliance across all service operations.

After-Sales Technical System Development & Talent Training

Establish and refine processes for engineer development, including certification and onboarding standards.

Assess the competencies of service engineers across different product lines, providing targeted training and advancement programs to meet business needs.

Continuously enhance training models, strategies, and workflows to improve both efficiency and quality of technical training.

Continuous Optimization & Self-Sustaining Technical System

Regularly review and evaluate internal technical capabilities, formulate improvement strategies, and ensure effective implementation.

Enhance engineer team performance and skills through structured assessments and continuous development initiatives.

Improve the overall technical framework by managing support, monitoring, standards, and training, while advancing the establishment of a self-sustaining internal technical management system.

Basic Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology or related fields (Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Automation, etc.).

Experience in IT technical support, technical management, or project management.

Familiarity with general-purpose servers, AI servers, and related technical knowledge, with proven project management capabilities.

Strong learning ability, proficiency with tools, excellent communication and coordination skills, customer service mindset, ability to develop standards, and service management expertise.

Ability to communicate proficiently in both Mandarin and English.
