• Act as One Stop Shop in matters relating to invoicing requests
• Resolve issues with invoices
• Develop and maintain an invoice Log to track and record invoice receipts, approvals and payments
• Consolidate all individual Supplier reports into consolidated reports
• Perform/coordinate impact assessment and prioritization
• Update and maintain Contract Management tools, templates and reports
  

Requirements

• High School / FE College (2 A Levels)
• general knowlege of office systems (MS Teams, Outlook, SAP S/4)
• Basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
  
  
• Supports business processes without supervision by understanding and effectively utilizing standard office equipment and software packages, and provides technical support as needed.
  
  
• Works without supervision and provides technical support as needed in analyzing data trends for use in reports to aid decision-making.
  
  
• Works without supervision and provides technical guidance as needed in developing appropriate plans or taking necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements.
  
  
• Works under guidance (but not constant supervision) in the procurement, organization, protection, and processing of data to meet business objectives.
  
  
• Works under guidance (but not constant supervision) in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and supervising activities to efficiently achieve business goals.
  
  
• Applies knowledge of numerical concepts to perform mathematical calculations such as report analyses under guidance (but not constant supervision).
