Job Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify new sales opportunities
  • Proactively develop relationships with customers and provide relevant LOBs on the customers feedback on current and future IT solution needs.
  • Proactively work with relevant Line of Business (LOB) to conduct strategic account reviews with all assigned customers
  • To review project, address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner, with follow-up when appropriate.
  • Retain accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers and users within an organization.
  • To ensure all sales bid submission, payment collection, present idea when meeting up with clients, inform sharing within team etc.

  • Requirements

  • Degree in IT / Computer Science/ Electronic Engineering/ Sales & Marketing / Business Administration.

  • Min 3 years of experience in IT sales/ IT service or relevant industry.

  • Able to work independently.

    Sales oriented, initiative driven and good communication.

  • Good communication in English, Bahasa & Mandarin.

  • Willing to travel.
