• Lead and mentor other front end developers and optimize overall team productivity in building products and services that are in line with requirements
• Review codes, and make recommendations for process improvements and best practices
• Implement design thinking methodology and agile software development practices such as test driven development, continuous delivery and pair programming to solve user problems.
• Demonstrate the ability to clearly outline goals, metrics, functions and requirements of a module/procedure
• Guide business decisions from a technical perspective like performance, reliability, scalability, and security
• Keep key personnel up-to-date with the latest software trends, techniques, and technologies for presentation/demonstration purposes
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Preferable with 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, Javascript, ReactJS (Required) / Angular / Layout (flexbox and grid), Responsive Design, Web performance optimization, Experience with API, SCSS/LESS, NPM/Yarn and Version control system.
• Knowledge of technical know-how and professional software engineering best practices for the full software development lifecycle
• Well-versed with the latest trends in coding, standards, and security settings
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, building partnerships, and managing and interacting with clients and internal stakeholders of different levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
