The Profile
Job Experience Requirements:
- Proficiency in Korean language (TOPIK Level 4 or 5 preferred) – ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
- 7+ years of experience as a technology-focused Project Manager handling diverse infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, and RIP.
- Proven experience in leading and managing IT teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale IT projects efficiently.
- Strong background in IT service delivery and support, ensuring high availability and performance of IT systems.
Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure, including:
- Network technologies (LAN, WAN, WiFi)
- Video & Collaboration tools
- SaaS applications and WebEx
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex IT issues
Relevant industry certifications (highly desirable):
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations and communicate effectively.
