Functional (job responsibilities)
Manage and identify Unsecured Lending Products cross-sell opportunities via business and sales team, such as Deposits, Credit Cards, Mortgage, Auto Loan etc.
Responsible for tracking sales performances on a timely basis (daily, weekly, monthly & by campaign period)Responsible for handling email queries from the sales channels by providing solutions or redirect the issue or queries to the relevant team/business unit to resolve the issue.Ensure regulatory compliance in sales management for all internal and external dealingsTo ensure that personal loan training deck / mandatory documentations are updated and communicated and in compliance to internal and regulatory requirements.On ad hoc basis to assist on any special tasks being assigned be it process or system related, tactical sales challenge development and execution, etc.Conduct briefing and training for existing staff and new joiners.Responsible to work with relevant internal stakeholders on sales strategies to meet business goalsManagerial
Hold weekly/monthly sales channels meeting to brief on current campaigns and drive the sales numbersSupport product development and acquisition, promotion and marketing initiatives and activities to achieve business objectives and goalsEducation/Qualification
Graduate (Diploma and above)Experience
Preferable 2-5 years’ experience in Banking / Financial Institution or any related job field.Fresh graduates with high development potential to be considered; with banking & financial experience will be an added advantage.Special Skills
Able to multi-taskAble to work well and adaptableSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressureThorough understanding of banking products / operational processes will be an added advantage.
