Functional

  • Monitor and analyze sales productivity, product participation, wealth penetration, portfolio growth, and client satisfaction to identify opportunities for improvement and implementation of necessary changes.
  • Monitor and track performance management strategies aligned with the overall business objectives as well as the Performance Improvement plan 
  • Collaborate with various Wealth Sales teams (Private & Priority Banking, Branch Wealth Distribution, PWM Singapore) to integrate performance measures into RWM Business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales productivity, product participation, penetration rate and client satisfaction to identify opportunities for improvement and implementation of necessary changes for PV, PB & PWM (Malaysia & Singapore) 
  • Review & monitor the career progression for all segment in RWM Malaysia (Senior Client Advisor, Client Advisor, Relationship Manager, Personal Banker & Personal Banker Associate)
  • Prepare Weekly, monthly & quarterly sales reports , progress towards targets, and track sales forecasts from leaders.

    Coordinate the sales operating rhythm and sales hurdle plan including Quarter Business review & start of the Year 
  • Education/Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, portfolio management, or a related field in the wealth management industry
  • Special Skills

  • Strong passion in Sales management and to contribute the skills and knowledge to achieve higher goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex issues
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
