Responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination of mass events, requiring direct communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support marketing and promotional activities related to the events.
- Collaborate with team members to compile valuable insights and best practices for continuous improvement.
- Provide additional operational support as needed, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Mass Event Team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled University student
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude by actively seeking opportunities to learn and contribute to mass event initiatives.
Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and propose or implement effective solutions.
- Be a team player with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive, dynamic team environment.
Show a strong willingness to support team goals by assisting with a variety of tasks as needed.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and Figma is an added advantage.
