- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Logistics or Engineering with minimum 5 years of warehouse operations in a supervisory capacity
- Strong leadership skills, initiative and communication (English and Thai, written and verbal) skills
- Knowledge of various operating, purchasing, parts ordering and inventory management systems
- Continuous improvement experience focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, experience in LEAN or Six Sigma implementation is ideal.
- Familiar with SAP or equivalent Warehouse Management System.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential with advanced skills in Excel and ideally knowledge of Access.
Outbound export shipping
- Plan and communicate for export container/ airfreight booking with all relevant parties.
- Set a clear packaging and container loading plan and monitor export packaging output to ensure export container availability at PDC in a timely manner.
- Container vanning plan.
- Update and report export packaging progress, issues and work closely with operations team and client to resolve the issue in a proactive manner.
Customer Liaison Management
- Executing the Customer Liaison Management (CLM) function.
- Handle Dealers inquiry (stock status & order status)
- Accesses Panda system on matters pertaining to orders and outgoing shipments.
- Perform order processing, invoicing, monitoring & follow up for on-time order completion
- Release of Pick Tags and Shipping Lists to warehouse.
- Co-ordinates with warehouse to process receipts within contractual standards.
- Perform Pick confirmation, preparation for loading, lashing including preparation of complete, relevant and required documentation
- Preparation for invoicing process, goods control list, shipping arrangement, including the custom declaration documentations transport documentation
- Handling of Dealer claims and returns, including interim storing, labelling, checking and documenting
- Filing of invoices and relevant data pertaining to order processing and outgoing shipments.
- Preparation and provision of operating figures, KPIs and reports
System Support
- Liaise with the system support team to ensure delivery of effective IT infrastructure solutions and services for optimum system efficiency and performance.
Ensure effective implementation and selection of suitable tele-communications, network communications and personal computer systems.
