Responsibilities:
- Resolve daily tasking schedule & roster tasks
- Monitor & report exception’s in attendance
- Monitor & report MHE’s driver violations & take appropriate action
- Report & document incident notifications
- Random PDC inspection of forklifts
- Manage resources and operational structures to meet contract requirements
- Visible leadership and participation in all HSSE programs and activities;
- Manage and verify the operational compliance of contract requirements.
- Execute operations in alignment with business unit strategy
- Assist management in the preparation of HR paperwork
- Assist within the country team environment on ad-hoc tasks as required
Qualifications:
- A sound knowledge and experience of the Warehouse and Transport Industry
- Analytical, organizing & control skills
- Knowledge of HSE
- Experience with software packages Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to organize workflow, meet deadlines and work as part of a team
- Have excellent negotiation, people management and motivational skills
- Sound working knowledge of specialized fleet equipment requirements
- High level of maturity, discretion and judgment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well when in a pressure situation
- Flexibility to take on ad-hoc tasks
- Ability to communicate with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
