About Our Client

Job Description 
- Undergo training on quality and safety protocols, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and updating production, quality, and process documentation accordingly.
 - Participate in the preparation of Pilot Runs and product launches, maintain aspect/impact registers, and review their adequacy where applicable.
Conduct facility fit assessments for new product introductions in collaboration with Manufacturing teams, ensuring all related documentation is completed.
 - Develop and propose operational strategies to optimise facility utilisation and efficiency.
 - Collaborate closely with operations teams to drive operational excellence and implement process improvements.
 - Ensure qualification of newly introduced equipment through comprehensive validation strategies.
 - Lead efforts to identify bottlenecks in production, analyse rate-limiting steps, and recommend or develop innovative solutions to enhance throughput.
 - Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes and systems for increased efficiency and quality.
 - Contribute to management reviews focused on process performance, product quality, and the effectiveness of the quality management system, supporting ongoing improvement initiatives.
 - Initiate and execute cost reduction projects through operational enhancements.
 - Prepare and review project execution documents provided by Engineers and Technicians to ensure accuracy and completeness.
 - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the successful execution of projects and modification activities.
 - Monitor compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices throughout production operations.
 - Review and ensure the implementation of instructions related to production activities.
 - Oversee the preparation and availability of all Standard Operating Procedures and relevant documentation.
 - Ensure that initial and ongoing training for production personnel is conducted and updated as needed to meet operational requirements.
 - Manage the on-boarding process for new products within assigned projects to ensure smooth integration into production.
  
The Successful Applicant 
A successful Assistant Manager - Process Engineering should have: 
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
 - Relevant experience in manufacturing operations, quality management, or process improvement.
 - Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve process issues.
 - Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project documentation.
 - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous operational improvement.
 - Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
