If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Program Manager** located in **Prai, Penang**.In this role, you will be In-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.**What a typical day looks like:*** Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.* In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.* Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.* Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.* Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.* Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.* Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.* Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.* In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.* Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.* Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.* Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.* Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.* Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in program administration/management or related area.**What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Medical benefits, dental, vision* Life Insurance* Paid Time Off* Performance BonusNB87## ## Job CategoryOperationsRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
