 Job Overview 
 As a Project Manager, you will design, develop and manage customer projects according to defined Project Management standards and customer requirements, with responsibility for financial results and project success.
 Responsibilities 
  - Establish schedules, scopes, budgets and implementation plans including risk mitigation.
  - Coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure adherence to scope, schedule and budget.
  - Report project outcomes and risks, and escalated issues as necessary, implementing changes when needed to meet deliverables.
  - Ensure adherence to internal Project Management policies, guidelines and standards; monitor quality of delivery to meet requirements and regulations.
  - Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
  - Prepare, compile, organize and submit project‑related documentation to internal, external suppliers and regulatory bodies.
  - Maintain an up‑to‑date systematic filing system for all project documents, both hardcopy and electronic records, supporting internal and external audits.
  - Perform any other administrative work as assigned to support the project management team.
   
 Qualifications 
  - Successfully completed Degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Construction or equivalent.
  - At least 2 years of Project Implementation experience, preferably from Healthcare Imaging/Therapy Industry or Construction.
   
 Attributes & Skills 
  - Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting technical drawings.
  - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).
  - Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking.
  - Excellent written and verbal communication and follow‑up skills.
  - Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  - Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  - Team player able to work independently.
