Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and project manage assigned tasksTrack and archive communications and responses from stakeholders across various projectsUpdate and monitor project timelines, ensuring alignment with key milestonesCollect and validate data, ensuring accuracy, and populate into templates or reports as neededPerform basic data analysis and summarize findings for use in reports or presentations.Engage with stakeholders to support project implementation and address queries as requiredAssist in planning and logistics for meetings, briefings, and events, including scheduling, room bookings, and virtual meeting setupRecord and document key discussions during meetings, including minutes and interview transcriptsProvide administrative support for programmes and conferences, such as preparing documents, managing correspondence, and organising filesPerform other administrative or ad hoc duties as assignedJob Requirements:
Life-sciences, research, healthcare related educational background and work experience preferred Proficient in office style writing and use of Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience with government project and contract management and government procurement is preferrableAble to write well and have experience with writing budget/ project concept approval paper in a government organisational setting would be beneficialStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesBasic knowledge of project management principles and experience in timeline trackingGood communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholdersProactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while being a team playerPlease send a copy of your resume to recruitersg@tg-hr.com
