Overview

Project Planner - Data Center role at Turner & Townsend.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the integrated project schedule using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of planning activities.

  • Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual performance.

  • Conduct critical path analysis and scenario planning to support project decisions.

  • Generate accurate progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

  • Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies.

  • Support project controls including resource loading, earned value analysis, and forecasting.

  • Participate in project meetings and provide planning insights to the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

  • 5–8 years of experience in project planning, preferably in data centers or infrastructure projects.

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential; MS Project is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and authority submission timelines.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
