Main Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain ETL transformation rules using Talend Big Data
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve data integration issues to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders in France/Luxembourg and Malaysia when production issues arise
Build and optimize data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics
Monitor data quality, performance, and compliance with internal security policies and industry standards
Document ETL workflows and transformation rules for operational transparency
Assist in data migration and integration from legacy systems to modern cloud platforms
Uphold data governance and best practices across all ETL processes
Preferred Industry Background:
Experience in the finance, banking, or insurance sectors is preferred.
Academic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Key Skills and Attributes:
Strong business analysis capabilities
Experience in supporting production and providing user-facing support is highly valued
Ability to work independently and respond proactively to issues
Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially across regional teams
Technical Skills Required:
Strong understanding of data integration, transformation, and migration
Experience with data validation, cleansing, and enrichment
Familiarity with data governance principles
Working knowledge of cloud-based data platforms is an advantage
