            Job Description
            
                Duties and Responsibilities: - Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
- Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved - KPI.
- Maintaining awareness of the business context and company profitability.
- Assessing the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, and comparing with customer requirements.
- Working with Engineers / Purchasing & Other Dept to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
- Handling customer complaints and ensure Preventive actions are implemented.
- Ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
- Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply.
- Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
- Setting up controls and documentation procedures.
- Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
- Collecting and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters and Specification.
- Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary.
- Oversee the quality functions including In-coming, In-process, Outgoing and Customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 
 - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Food Technology, Science or equivalent in technical disciplines.
- Computer literate.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese - At least 3 years or above working experience and working experience in Frozen Seafood or related Foods Manufacturing - Familiar with HACCP, GMP, ISO, BRC and BAP.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal skill, self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and can be a good team player also.
