Experience in supporting fintechExperience in preparing and presenting written project status reports and executive briefingsPhenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skillsOrganizational and time management abilitiesCritical thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilityLanguage proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct root cause and other data analysisConduct QA evaluations per client requirements and provides QA progress reports to team leadAct as escalation point of contact for process questions, issues and resolutionAct as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for QA evaluationsParticipate as project team member in problem prevention and continuous improvement projects
