  • To work closely with AG Team, branch, operations and agency leaders
  • To formulate and prepare strategic action plan, also tracking and updates
  • To supervise agency strategic plans on the key KPIs – monitoring the progress and ensuring control measures are implemented.
  • Attend to any agency doubts, concerns and problem faced by agency members and to provide solution to overcome the problem.
  • Provide guidance and counseling to agency members violating Company/ Industry/Regulatory guidelines and to implement the prescribed guidelines among agency members.
  • To organize, plan, launch, implement and support agency, regional or Company’s campaign, challenges, contest, promotion to agency force for sales and recruitment
  • To organize, plan and implement training, development programs and activities for agency force for sales and recruitment
  • To assist agency force to get clear information on underwriting, claims, policy servicing processes.
  • To respond, recommend and provide vital justification on all agency management agendas such as agency registration, appeal, promotion, termination etc.
  • Ensure branch facilities ie training room, etc in tip top condition.
  • Provide a formal platform to disseminate information and receive feedback from agency members during agency meetings ie.

    join and support agency weekly meeting, BYBs, training etc
  • Participate in any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and undertake any ad-hoc assignments or tasks assigned as and when required.
  • Job Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in business development, marketing or sales.
  • Experience in agency development will be an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • A self-starter with pleasant personality and service-oriented work perspective.
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
