Qualification / Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering discipline (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics).
- 2 -3 years of field industrial sales experience will be highly advantageous, especially in rotating equipment industry.
- MUST have good verbal and written communication skills, particularly in ENGLISH language.
- MUST have good & sound technical foundation (electrical and/or mechanical).
- Results oriented with the ability to define problems, exhibit sound judgement, and take initiative to develop alternative solutions rationally and independently.
- Ability to work with others in an effective manner, ensuring quotes are completed and submitted on time to customers.
- Excellent internal and external customer focus and comprehension.
JOB SUMMARY
Engage with customers through presentations and problem-solving, leveraging technical, application, and industry expertise to exceed expectations, while canvassing and creating retrofit and IoT-related sales opportunities for AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, evaporators, condensers, and more.
Job Scope / Responsibilities :
- To carry out sales and application responsibilities such as creating retrofit sales opportunities, on-site verification of warranty claims, spot measurement of AHU/FCU/CT, on-site supervision of retrofit projects.
- To handle all customer queries on technical matters such as Modbus RTU, FanScout, etc.
- Identify and generate sales opportunities through the development of new and existing accounts to achieve company sales target.
- Responsible for all sales & technical support activities, particularly retrofit sales in assigned area including implementing effective sales strategies to meet the set target.
- Monitor and track the sales process effectively to close the sales.
- Establish close working relationships with consultants and main contractors for projects.
- Manage, service and grow existing accounts with Key Account Customers.
- Market and promote energy saving solutions via retrofitting to all prospective customers with AHU/CT/FCU/FFU.
