Sales Coordinator (Pre-Sales & Enablement) Position in Kuala Lumpur - 8tree


Job description

We are expanding our global footprint and seeking a Sales Coordinator for our office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

This role drives revenue growth by actively engaging in pre-sales follow-ups and lead nurturing while optimizing sales tools, processes, and playbooks to make the global sales team more efficient and effective.

Tasks

Some Daily Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute personalized follow-ups to advance qualified opportunities.

  • Support online tool demos and proof-of-concept sessions with technical accuracy.

  • Maintain visibility on all pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.

  • Partner with Marketing to qualify inbound leads, track campaign ROI, and support lead nurturing automation.

  • Manage the sales enablement tech stack (HubSpot, PandaDoc, price lists, automation tools).

  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, templates, and process documentation to streamline scaling.

  • Implement process automation and reporting dashboards to improve sales efficiency and transparency.

  • Gather and share market and competitive intelligence to guide sales strategy and product positioning.

  • Potential travel to international tradeshows.

Requirements

Must-have Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in pre-sales, business development, or sales operations within B2B technology or industrial sectors.

  • Excellent command of the English language (verbal as well as in writing)
  • Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot preferred) and digital sales tools (e.g., quoting, automation, dashboards).

  • Strong technical curiosity — ability to understand and communicate complex technology clearly.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for customer-facing interaction.

  • Analytical and structured mindset, with attention to process optimization.

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or related discipline).
