As the SFE Sales Systems Lead, you will help drive the success of Global Emerging Markets (GEM) Sales team by enabling relevant global sales systems & delivering insightful reports for their business needs & processes.

You will act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, understanding their business needs into technical requirements & executing them.

You will be responsible for launching, embedding & building sustainability in competency & capability of all sales systems & tools used by the sales teams.

Key focus is to ensure all sales tools are rolled out effectively & drive full adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Identify, drive & manage cross-functional sales systems projects to support Sales team

  • Be able to independently execute as well as lead the execution of projects by working closely with cross functional teams

  • Project manage solutions end to end

  • Help translate business requirements into a technical specification

  • 2.

    Collaborate & drive the optimization & adoption of Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) CRM for Sales users

  • Be the CRM champion for the CRM system & ensure all sales teams are trained on CRM & continuous enhancements

  • Provide business insight by producing CRM reports such as adoption rates, pipeline values, customer calls vs targets, etc.

    Coach sales leader on how to generate insights from CRM usage

  • Manage & prioritize CRM related requests & projects by collaborating with global team

  • Provide ongoing support & management of Microsoft Dynamics Sales CRM & connected systems

  • Function as go-to person for sales CRM related requests; Coordinate system updates, modify fields & workflows etc as needed

  • Support day-to-day management of CRM configuration – customizing core architecture as well as profiles & user permissions

  • Partner with sales trainers to help drive training on CRM processes

  • 3.

    Drive data quality, insightful Power BI sales reports & IMS data projects across the organization

  • Own the integrity of data at all stages in Microsoft Dynamics & connected systems

  • Manage IMS data, optimizing for data integrity & accuracy

  • Deliver a standard insightful Power BI sales reports for sales team to better manage their territories

  • Work with internal teams to establish processes which improve data integrity of all objects; define best practices to help build increased seller productivity & MSD hygiene

  • Skills & experience

  • Min 3 years experience working in a matrixed organization covering SEA/APAC region

  • Proven ability in developing customer communications that deliver business results

  • Strong project management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams

  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders

  • Experience in upskilling and educating marketers on brand implementation

  • Deep understanding of brand strategy with a customer-first mindset

  • Adaptable and resilient – comfortable navigating change and ambiguity

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling messages

  • Qualifications & education

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, affinity towards data insights and analytics is desirable
