Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager (Leisure Segment) in WP.

Kuala Lumpur.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and capturing sales opportunities, developing and executing strategies to drive sales in the leisure segment, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing contracts and negotiations.

Daily tasks include collaborating with the marketing team, monitoring market trends, and providing excellent customer service to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and capture sales opportunities in the leisure segment.

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales in the leisure segment.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients; manage contracts and negotiations.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and initiatives.

  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Provide excellent customer service to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, client relationship building, and contract negotiation
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis tools
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
