Responsibilities
- Partner closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define, analyze, validate, and maintain business requirements and processes for large-scale or complex system initiatives.
- Validate proposed solutions to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical capabilities, considering both current and future business environments.
- Lead and facilitate discussions among project participants to clarify needs, gain consensus, and define actionable requirements.
- Work collaboratively with development and QA teams in an Agile environment—participating in 3 Amigos meetings and sprint ceremonies to co-create solutions.
- Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate end-user demonstrations to validate business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain business process documentation and mapping in ARIS, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
- Ensure non-functional requirements (performance, usability, reliability, etc.) are well-defined and aligned with customer expectations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by promoting more effective and efficient ways of working within a dynamic Agile context.
- Support business case development, budgeting, and cost analysis to ensure solutions deliver measurable value.
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or project development, with 2-5 years in business process optimization.
- Proven experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Order-to-Activation processes.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Workflow
- SAP OTC experience is a significant advantage.
- Experience with ARIS for process documentation and optimization is a strong plus.
- Exposure to Jira and Confluence tools is desirable; PEGA knowledge is a good-to-have.
