Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Development - Develop and execute product strategies for SME trade finance and working capital loans (e.g., import/export loans, borrowing base finance, receivables finance).

  • Identify market gaps and opportunities through research and competitor analysis.

  • Design product structures including pricing, eligibility criteria, and risk parameters.

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.

  • Commercialization & Execution - Collaborate with sales, risk, operations, and technology teams to commercialize new products.

  • Support structuring of complex trade finance transactions.

  • Monitor product performance and customer success metrics.

  • Drive adoption and ensure scalability, resiliency, and compliance with regulations.

  • Stakeholder Engagement - Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring products deliver real value.

  • Provide training and support materials for internal teams and clients.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing.

  • Innovation & Digitization - Contribute to the digitization strategy for SME lending platforms.

  • Partner with tech teams to deliver seamless digital customer journeys.

  • Stay updated on emerging trends in sustainability, commodity finance, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in SME lending or trade finance product management.

  • Strong understanding of structured lending products and transaction banking.

  • Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven product optimization.
